Return Policy

For any undamaged product that the fulfiller is Together Hub LLC, simply contact us first for return approval. You may return item only after written confirmation is received with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 10 days of the dated product receipt. We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note that processing, bank or card tractions fees will not be refunded and the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: customized items, clothing, membership/dues, donations, open items, event tickets.​

 

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from Together Hub LLC, we will either help you request repair of the relevant defect or help you request replacement of the product. If we are unable to help secure repair or replacement of the product within a reasonable time, customer maybe entitled to a refund if the product is produced by Together Hub LLC upon the prompt return of the product to us in accordance with our return policy. On a case by case basis we may pay for shipment of replaced “Together Hub LLC produced products” to customer. Please check your product warranty/guarantee from the manufacturer and follow that guidance before requesting or shipping of products. Returned produced to Together Hub LLC that’s designated as “produced by TH” Customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us and may incur processing, and/or restocking fees.​​
